Maintenance training
This course provides you with an insight into the hydraulic and electric circuits of the TNMG range of machines.
You will learn how the respective systems function and be able to set the flows and adjust pressures within
the hydraulic circuit. The holistic look will enhance your ability to assess and troubleshoot prevailing conditions.
The practical session of the programme also provides you with an insight of how to adjust parameters withi the electronic circuit and the interface proportional to the hydraulic circuits.
This course includes:
1. Basic identification of components and functions thereof
2. Overview of hydraulic ,electrics and electronic circuits with emphasis on system functionality and settings
3. Interpretation of the circuits for intervention therein terms of direction, speed, pressure and position
4. Basic principles of systematic troubleshooting
5. Hands on practical session for an understanding of maintenance intervention

Operators training :
The TNMG operator training course covers the functions required to prepare and operate TNMG equipment
to meet minimum training and assessment standards for the purpose of certification.
The operator course is designed for both novice and experienced operators who may be expected to operate
equipment while performing their daily duties. A learner attending this course will be able to demonstrate
knowledge of the functions of the machine, the start-up, shut-down and operating procedures of the machine.
This course includes:
1. Overview of baseline OEM Risk Assessment
2. Safe operation of machine theory
3. Planning the work for the prevailing working conditions
4. Pre Start up inspection
5. Using the controls and operating systems to manage the operation of the equipment
6. Brake Test Procedure
7. Monitoring the controls
8. Stopping ,shutting down and securing the equipment after the completion of operation
